I believe in transparency so that you can make informed decisions about whether coaching feels right for you.

All prices include a free discovery call, written follow-up summaries and any tools we agree would support your progress between sessions.
If we feel an external assessment or psychometric profile (for example Insights or Myers-Briggs) would be genuinely helpful, this would be discussed together and charged separately from the fees below.

Free Discovery Call

A relaxed conversation to explore what you are looking for and whether coaching could help. The relationship between coach and client matters deeply, so this gives us space to see if we work well together before you commit to anything.

Individual Coaching

First-Time Session
A 90-minute introductory session for those who want to experience coaching before choosing an ongoing approach — £120 (one-off introductory rate)

60-minute coaching session — £125

90-minute coaching session — £185

Coaching Packages

Focused Development Package
3 × 90-minute sessions — £500 (save £55)
Ideal for working through a specific challenge or decision with depth and continuity.

Transformational Journey
6 × 90-minute sessions — £990 (save £120)
Designed for sustained growth, reflection and meaningful change over time.

Momentum Coaching Plan
1 × 90-minute session each month plus email support between sessions — £150 per month
6-month minimum commitment, payable in advance on the 1st of each month
Best suited to people who want steady accountability and ongoing thinking space.

Career Support

CV and Application Review
A focused session to strengthen clarity, impact and positioning — £100

CV and Interview Practice
Live interview preparation, feedback and confidence-building approaches — £125–£150 (depending on preparation required)

Graduate Launch Programme
For recent graduates navigating the start of their careers
2 × 60-minute sessions plus CV support — £300
